We have brass replacement handles (also known as arms) to fit all sizes and types of camlocks, along with the pull ring ears and hinge pins that complete the female camlock coupler assembly. 

It is not difficult to replace the handles (arms) on a cam coupler, using a pin removal tool and a pin driving jig. With the coupler laying on its side with the knurled and of the hinge pin at the bottom, remove the pin and arm, then put the new arm in place and drive in the new pin with the knurled section facing up.
