Tipper pads are necessary to protect the chassis of hydraulic tipper lorries. They’re designed to stand up to heavy and repetitive loads, protecting the vehicle’s bodywork and also serving to douse the noise of the tipping operation and impact.

Tipper pads are thick blocks of heavy duty rubber – in most cases bonded to a steel or aluminium base – which can be bolted to the vehicle or welded into position to take the strain when the truck bed falls back into place after tipping out a load.
