Delivery times

We offer next-day delivery on all orders once they are dispatched. Please note the following:

Order Processing: It may take 1-2 working days to process your order.

Stock Availability: If your item is in stock and the order is placed before 1 pm, we will dispatch it the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 1 pm or on non-working days will be processed the next working day.

Highlands and Islands £19.95 + VAT + Surcharge
Surcharges apply to certain regions such as the Highlands and Islands, which are calculated at checkout. Next-day delivery may take longer.

Delivery surcharges

For some regions, including the Highlands and Islands (Scottish Grampians, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, NI, Guernsey & Jersey), an additional surcharge will apply. Any applicable surcharges are calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the final amount before completing your order.

While not all delivery partners provide tracking that we can share directly, we’re here to help! If you’d like an update on your delivery, just call us at 0117 954 1117, and we’ll assist you with any available information.

Delivery support

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to us within 14 days of placing your order. Should a delivery fail due to an incorrect or inaccessible address, additional redelivery fees may apply.


Return Policy

At Provincial Rubber, we understand that sometimes a product may need to be returned. Our returns policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible for our customers. Whether you’re returning non-bespoke items or have questions about refunds, we are here to help.

If you’re returning full rolls or non-bespoke products, you can do so within 14 days of dispatch. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Customised or bespoke products, which have been cut to size or made specifically for your needs, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To initiate a return, simply contact us to obtain return authorization. You will be responsible for any postage or shipping fees, and once we receive the item, we’ll process the refund or replacement promptly. Please note, refunds do not cover the original delivery costs or return shipping fees.

Refund processing

We process refunds within 30 days of receiving your returned item. Please note that original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Business-to-business (B2B) returns may incur handling fees.

Return guidelines

Please keep in mind that customised or bespoke items, including those cut to size, are non-returnable unless faulty. All other items must be in unused condition, with original packaging intact and ready for resale. For B2B purchases, returns may be subject to additional guidelines, and handling fees may apply.

  • Do you offer free delivery?
    We do not currently offer free delivery. All deliveries within the UK are charged a flat rate of £19.95 + VAT. Surcharges apply to certain regions such as the Highlands and Islands, which are calculated at checkout.
  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
    If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched, but this may not always be possible once processing has started.
